A number of friends recommended the beautiful hiking available in Tumbler Ridge in Northern BC. In 2019 we spent the August long weekend there and managed to do a handful of hikes. Kinuseo Falls was one of our choices and it didn’t disappoint! Unfortunately we didn’t get to this trail until late afternoon and the sun had already left the falls. I was completely taken with the light coming into the leaves and branches of trees along the trail and took a number of photos with a future painting in mind. Although it wasn’t sundown at that point this somehow happened on my canvas. The paint wants what the paint wants!
